Do I need a commercial kitchen?
No! Half Course is designed for home cooks. You can cook from your own kitchen. However, you may need to comply with your local cottage food laws. We'll help guide you through this process.
How much can I earn?
Our active cooks earn an average of $1,200/week. Your earnings depend on how much you cook, your pricing, and demand in your area. You set your own menu and prices.
What are the subscription tiers?
We offer flexible plans starting at $19/month for Basic, up to $68/month for Pro with full features. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime based on your needs.
How long does the application process take?
We review applications weekly. If you're a good fit, we'll schedule a brief call to learn more about your cooking and get you set up. The whole process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
What areas do you serve?
We're currently focused on the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. We're expanding to new areas soon!
